All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene reasons.
Refunds or replacements are only issued for verified issues with the product itself (not packaging or carrier handling), and must be reported within 3 days of delivery with proof.

Minor or external damage to shipping boxes does not qualify for refunds, replacements, or returns. Packaging is intended for protection during transit only.
