Shipping and delivery

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via USPS with an estimated delivery time of 5–7 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to USPS carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes. We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to USPS.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the system.

Incorrect Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Better Blends Hair is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages marked as “delivered” by USPS. If you experience an issue, please contact USPS directly to file a claim. However, we are happy to assist you with any information needed to support your claim.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to pick up, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
