At Better Blends Hair, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a smooth customer experience. Please review our policy carefully before purchasing.
All Sales Are Final
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges on opened, used, or worn hair extensions.
Packaging Disclaimer
Please note that minor damage to packaging or shipping boxes does not qualify for a refund, return, or replacement. Outer packaging is for protection during transit and does not affect the quality of the product inside.
Eligible Product Issues
We only offer resolutions for issues directly related to the product itself, such as:
- Incorrect item received
- Defective product upon arrival
- Severe product damage not related to shipping box condition
If you experience a qualifying issue, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear photos/videos of the product issue
Refunds & Replacements
Approved claims may result in a replacement item or store credit. Refunds are only issued in rare cases where a replacement is not possible.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Situations
We are not responsible for:
- Damaged, dented, or crushed shipping boxes
- Packages marked “delivered” by USPS but reported missing or stolen
- Incorrect addresses entered by the customer
- USPS delays or transit issues
- Normal shedding or wear after use
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, before processing begins.
